a flag and before deciding on the size, it is necessary to first define its
purpose.
Not all flags are
appropriate for every purpose and you should always take into account the
external and weather conditions it will be subject to, but also the possibility
of tearing, hanging, etc.
Our clients can choose
the material they want, and the most common combinations are:
Silk 100% polyester, weight 60g
on which the design can be applied by printing or through machine embroidery.
Mesh 100% polyester, weight
110g on which the design can be applied by printing or through machine
embroidery.
Satin 100% polyester, weight
125g on which the design can be applied by printing or through machine
embroidery.
Microfiber 100% polyester, weight
130g on which the design can be applied by printing or through machine
embroidery.
Printing on flags can
be over the whole flag or only on a part of the flag, according to the design
and the clients’ wishes.
We can make machine
embroidery as large as 1.20 m x 0.5 m or even in larger dimensions if the logo
is designed in such a way that it can be made in several parts and then joined.
Woven designs can be
6, 7, 8 and 9 cm tall, we iron them onto the flag.
Fan flags may be up to
50m long, these need to be sewn in several parts.
The flags are made in
a ratio of 2: 1 so that we can subsequently adjust the dimensions of the flag
and manufacture them in the most popular dimensions such as 2x1m or 3x1.5m.
