Labels are presented worldwide as stickers that have a certain logo on them and contain characteristics related to the product being labelled.
We produce woven
(jacquard) labels and printed labels.
The difference between
woven and printed labels is that printed labels are printed on the material and
then sewn or glued to textile clothing while woven (jacquard) labels are
produced with a backing and a logo on our looms.
WOVEN (JACQUARD) LABELS
Woven labels can be
applied on the collar, which is the standard place for labels, but also on the
edge of the sleeves or the lower part of the garment.
Labels can be made and
positioned in such a way that they are visible on the article itself (a different
colour of thread than the material on which it is sewn) or discrete (the same
colour of thread as the material on which it is sewn).
You want to display
your logo on an item, but you don't know where to start.
Start with woven
labels and then arrange the logo by machine embroidery, a woven emblem or
print.
ADVANTAGES OF WOVEN LABELS
Woven labels are made of polyester thread that
is easy to maintain and wash
The
logo on the label can be seen down to the smallest detail
Printed
labels are not as durable as woven ones, which you can easily wash at 90
degrees Centigrade.
Labels
can be applied by sewing in a seam or can be sewn on a garment
Various
densities (label fineness)
28
to 92 stitches per cm.
The
higher the density the finer the label.
The
size of the label can be from 10mm-100mm wide, and the height depends on the
logo.
The
logo may be made in 12 colours
SEAM LABELS
Seam labels, as their
name suggests, are sewn into the seam of the garment and must be double and
folded, so that they can be sewn along the upper edge.
Content you want to
display on them may be only on one side or on both sides of the label, depending
on your wishes and needs.
Seam labels are made to highlight your brand, with a logo on the outside
of the label and raw material composition on the inside of the label.
APPLYING SEAM LABELS
The label
is folded in half and the seam allowance is sewn into the seam of the garment
such as (T-shirts, work clothes, pants…)
Sewing and
unsewing
It is sewn
into the piping of the collar of the garment with a straight stitch so that the
line of the existing stitch is followed.
SEWN ON LABELS
Sewn on labels can be attached
to all items. They stand out best on the edge of the sleeves of polo shirts or
plain T-shirts.
Also, they can be sewn
on the bottom edge of the t-shirt or inside garments, on the neck of the
t-shirt or any other place of your choice.
Sewn on labels can be
laser cut to have equal edges on all sides, or they can have ironed edges.
APPLYING SEWN ON LABELS
They are
sewn on the garment on all four (4) sides or on two (2) either left and right, top
and bottom or only along the edge of one side (1).
They can
be on thermal foil and in that case, they are applied with a thermal press.
PRINTED LABELS
Printed labels can be used as well as woven labels to be sewn to the
collar or glued with a thermal press to textile garments.
The material on which we print is satin ribbon, the composition of the
material is 100% polyester.
We use printed labels for ID presentations, decorative ribbons, we
vacuum them into ready-made clothes (T-shirts, shirts, jackets, suits)
We print labels on all types of materials in monochrome printing or
multicolour printing via screen printing or sublimation.
It all depends on the logo and technical characteristics of your requirements.
