EMBLEMS FOR THE MILITARY
We prepare and manufacture
stitched emblems for the army according to the provided technical
specifications.
Each army has its own requirements
about the material that the emblem is made of, the thread and Velcro that
should be used.
Knitted emblems are made of
material: twill, canvas, raw cotton fabric, polyester or they can be made
directly onto hats, T-shirts, shirts, work clothes, jackets or vests.
Emblems can be cut by hand with
scissors or by laser.
Emblems can be applied via velcro,
adhesive foil or sewn directly on clothes.

machine or 12 pieces on two machines
A maximum of 12 thread colours can be used for
one emblem.
They are applied by sewing, gluing or stitching onto the

Emblems are sewn on a transparent thermo foil,
and are glued to items or applied by ironing with a heat press

is more resistant to washing up to 60C
Knitted emblems on thermal foil can be applied
to the desired item or used to cover an already existing emblem
LASER CUT
EMBROIDERED EMBLEMS
After embroidery on the canvas, the emblems are
cut on a laser cutting machine.
