EMBROIDERY
ON HATS
We use Ricoma
machines for that purpose.
The second most
important thing is whether the straps used to adjust the hats are functional
and flexible.
This means that they
must not be too rigid not to impede the speed of the machine when applying
embroidery to larger quantities, yet flexible enough to allow a speedy removal from,
and placement on the machine.
Not every
embroidery program is the same on every hat because of the density and the material
of the hat. For this reason, we constantly adjust the program during preparations
in the Pulse program (software)
We can also make
3D embroidery on the hats, which gives the logo a third dimension due to the
different thicknesses of the sponges we use.
The sponges are
just stuck to the caps until the needle attaches the sponge to the hat
permanently.
Likewise, special
program preparations are made, but that is our trade secret.
EMBROIDERY ON THE FRONT OF
HATS
Applying machine embroidery
to the front of the hat has its maximum dimensions due to the frame enclosing
only the hat.
The Maximum height
of the embroidery, text, coat of arms or logo can be up to 5.50 cm and the
length can be up to 14 cm.
It would be best
if the hat is made with 6 panels or 5 panels to avoid the middle seam as much
as we can.
The density of
the stitching depends on the hat itself and on the machine used.

Machine
embroidery on the side of the cap can be 5.50 cm high and 8-10 cm wide, depending
on which hat is used, because not all hats are the same.
If the hats panels
are large enough, the embroidering can be nicely seen.
A sponsor's logo
or some text is usually embroidered on the side of the hat.

The back of the hat
is a great place for text that can be flat or semi-circular to follow the
closure of the hat.
Embroidered text
or logos can be up to 12 cm long but must smaller in height, up to 3-4 cm.

Semi-circular or straight embroidery
To make the
creation process easier for our clients, all you have to do is send us a logo,
coat of arms or sign in vector format, pdf or jpeg and leave everything else to
us.
We first prepare
a visual example to give our clients a realistic view of what the finished
product would look like in reality and to avoid mistakes.
After the visual
example is approved, we create a sample and send it to the client for approval.
If the customer
is satisfied, we start manufacturing the order.
When the order is
finished, our customers can choose whether they want to come in person to pick
up the ordered products or if they want us to send the products via a delivery
service.
We make woven labels, emblems, flags, pendants and ribbons on all promotional items, with the application of sewing or gluing.
