We produce sewn work clothes, all according to the customer's wishes.
EMBROIDERY ON WORK CLOTHES
We can apply
embroidery to already-made work clothes in any position and, most commonly on
pockets, and shoulder pockets in various dimensions.
It is much easier
to apply embroidery to work clothes during sewing, before the individual parts
of the garments are sewn together, whereas adding embroidery to finished
garments is more difficult, because the whole garment needs to be inserted into
the machine.

EMBROIDERY ON THE LEFT FRONT
SIDE OF WORK GARMENTS
The left front is
the most common position for the placement of a logo, coat of arms, sign or
text.
The most common
dimensions are 5-8 cm but can be made larger or smaller depending on the logo.
Of course, it can
also be made on the front right side or on the pocket of the garment or on the
flap of a pocket.
The Satin stitch
is most commonly used for smaller letters, borders around the logo and small
details that need to be made.
ADVANTAGES OF EMBROIDERY ON
THE LEFT (NEAR THE HEART) FRONT SIDE OF WORK CLOTHING

or decreased proportionally
APPLYING EMBROIDERY ONTO THE
POCKETS OF WORK CLOTHES
The application
of the machine embroidery depends on the dimensions of the pocket and the depth
of the pocket.
If it is being
applied to ready-made work clothes that already have a pocket on them, then we
must first see which frame can fit in the pocket itself and of course which
logo, coat of arms, sign or text we can embroider onto the pocket.
Cut-out pockets
are the easiest to work with and the stitching process is much faster.

APPLYING EMBROIDERY ONTO THE
SLEEVE OF WORK CLOTHES
Machine
embroidery can be applied to the sleeve of work clothes in the classic position
or according to the clients wishes.
When applying
embroidery to short sleeve shirts the sign can sit horizontally on the sleeve
shifted up to 1 cm from the sleeve edge, so it can be noticeable, or it can be applied
vertically along the entire sleeve.
The size of the horizontal
sign can be a maximum of 12 cm in length, and it all depends on the size of the
work clothes. Because the sleeves are larger or smaller and may not fit the
frame of the machine.
The vertical sign
also depends on the size of the sleeve, but we achieve lengths of up to 70 cm by
joining smaller segments of the sign or text.
The Satin stitch
is most commonly used for smaller letters, borders around the logo and small
details that need to be made.

APPLYING EMBROIDERY ONTO THE
BACK OF WORK CLOTHES
Applying machine
embroidery onto the back of work clothes is most often done on a surface that
is different in colour from the work clothes themselves so that the sign fits
well on the back. If the workwear does not have a different material on top of
the garment, then the machine embroidery is positioned in the classic spot on
the back.
The pattern
stitch is most commonly used (needle stitches multiple times from one side to
the other), while the Satin stitch is used for smaller letters, borders around
the logo and small details that need to be made.
