The screen printing technique is used for printing on various materials such as textiles, wood, ceramics, metal, PVC substrates and various promotional items.
Screen printing is done by pushing the dye with a scraper through a printing form made of silk that is stretched on a wooden or aluminium frame. Printing is usually done on flat shapes, but due to the flexibility of the printing form it can also be done o

Screen Printing
In production, we have
monochrome or multicolour screen-printing machines that can print on flat and
curved substrates, as well as on various types of materials.
For screen printing we
use water colours (eco-friendly colours) and plastisol colours.
If screen printing is
done on white substrates then we do not need to apply a white base coat, but when
printing on coloured substrates then a base coat of white is mandatory so that
other colours are more visible.
Screen printing is
used on orders larger than 300 pieces as it offers the best price, especially
when it is done in only one (1) colour.
Compared to other
printing techniques, screen printing has the ability to apply different
thicknesses of ink layers, so that the final print on the object can be
embossed. The print is characterized by a long duration under all conditions of
use, and high coverage.
