Sublimation is a procedure in which the paint carrier medium is heated to a temperature of about 200C, causing the colour changes from a solid to a gaseous state and sublimates into the substrate.
The dye embeds in the molecules of the polyester material since the affinity of polyester is higher compared to paper. Sublimation ink is printed with inkjet printers on special paper or directly on fabric. The medium to which the dye is transferred shou

Suitable types of
fabrics are polyester (PES), polyamide (PA 6, PA 6.6), polyacrynityl (PAN), or triacetate
(HAT) fabrics with a 60% share of the above fabrics. The final product has
brilliant colours, is resistant to UV radiation and does not irritate the skin.
The production is ecological, does not require a solvent and does not create
any ecological problems - the paints are most often water-based, and less often
oil-based. In competition with ink-jet printing technologies, sublimation
colours are more intense and sharper. There is no need for a special coating of
the print media The most common use of this technology is in the production of
flags, textile advertisements, promotional programs, jerseys, and recently it
has been used in decorative printing - interior design.
We use dispersive dyes for polyesters.
Sublimation printing belongs to another subgroup of
inkjet printing. Its main feature, after which it is named, is that the final
stage in the printing process is based on the transition of ink particles from a
solid to a gaseous state without a liquid state as an intermediate phase. In
practice, this means that the sublimation dye is printed via inkjet onto fabric
or paper and then transferred to a material in a press under high pressure and
temperature (approx. 200 degrees C) where it polymerizes (merges) inseparably with
the fabrics’ molecules. In this way the paint becomes much more intense and
resistant to mechanical influences, washing, ironing…
Also, the sublimation
process can transfer colour from paper to various objects, from hats to pens or
mobile phones, cups.
We can print on:
T-shirts, jerseys, work suits, raincoats, umbrellas, cups.

In order to simplify
the creation process for our clients, all you have to do is send us a logo,
coat of arms or sign in vector format, pdf or jpeg, and leave everything else
to us.
We first do visual
preparation to give our customers an idea of what the finished product will
look like in reality and to avoid mistakes.
After the client
approves the visual display, we create a sample and send it to the client for
approval. If the customer is satisfied, we start manufacturing the entire
order.
We make woven labels, emblems, flags, pendants and ribbons on all promotional items, with the application of sewing or gluing.
We make machine embroidery directly on all positions of promotional items.
We print in appropriate techniques on all promotional items.
