In the world, thermal transfer printing is the most popular technique used for printing on T-shirts.

Thermal Transfer Printing
For thermal transfer
printing we use plastisol paints that are applied to transfer paper and transferred
to materials using thermal presses. For simplicity, the thermal transfer can be
applied to demanding materials and angles where, for example, screen printing
cannot be applied.
For thermal transfer printing,
we use the most modern small and large heat presses.
We use laser cutting
machines to cut transfer paper, but it can also be cut by hand, depending on the
quantity.
You can order only transfer
paper, which we can store on our premises and, if necessary, apply with a heat press
at a later point.
The only drawback of
thermal transfer printing is that the material to which it is glued is not as breathable,
as when using the screen-printing technique. For that reason, thermal transfer
printing is great when it comes to promotional materials.
The most important
item when it comes to thermal transfer printing is the glue, if a quality glue is
used, then the longevity of the printed item is guaranteed.
When making thermal transfer, we use flex and
flock foils depending on the substrate.
ADVANTAGES OF THERMAL TRANSFER PRINTING
Quick manufacture of transfer papers
Longevity of the print
Various sizes and shapes of the print
are possible
Transfer papers may be stored
Better
price than screen printing if more colours are used (more than five (5)
colours)
